Pay:
- $16.00/hour
- Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities
- Potential pay increase upon permanent hire
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Two evening shifts per week: 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Account Manager - Speak with customers regarding account balances
- Help customers find practical payment solutions
- Set up payment arrangements
- Make and receive customer calls
- Update account information and notes
- Meet daily goals and performance targets
- Learn valuable communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
What We're Looking For - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
