Description

The Remote Account Resolution Representative contacts customers to assist them in fulfilling their financial obligations. Through outbound and inbound call efforts, the Representative helps settle account balances and set up payment arrangements. No prior experience in collections is required; Annuity Health will provide training on software, applicable laws, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills. • Maintain a professional and respectful communication tone.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and legal requirements.
• Follow call structure expectations, including collection steps.
• Achieve assigned goals.
• Identify account issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Update account statuses accurately for follow-up.
• Utilize available tools/resources for account resolution.
• Manage backlog effectively.
• Escalate issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Follow confidentiality and security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
