Customer Service Representative - Full-Time
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Non-Remote)
Brookwood Funding LLC , a national consumer lending company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alpharetta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing company.
This is an on-site, non-remote position . No lending experience is required-we provide paid, on-the-job training. If you are dependable, enjoy helping people, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Assist customers by phone, email, and fax.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
